Who is Frames by Nia?

Frames by Nia is a photography and film studio based in Timișoara, Romania, run by Sidonia and Bogdan Anghel. Sidonia shoots stills, Bogdan films and edits, and at events we work together.

What services do you offer?

Weddings and civil ceremonies, events and parties, portraits and personal branding, photo and video brand content for businesses, plus hotels, venues and interiors. Every category can include video.

Do you travel outside Timișoara?

Yes. We work across Timiș county, all of Romania and in Europe. For events further away we add transport and, if needed, accommodation, stated clearly in the proposal.

Is video included in the photo package?

Usually yes, and it can also be booked separately. For weddings we deliver the highlight film, the vertical clips and the full film within 60 days of the event, according to the package.

How much does it cost and how do we book a date?

There is no standard price. For weddings we start at €600 for photo only and €700 for video only, and the packages are public on the pricing page; we also do smaller packages or custom proposals depending on what you need. The date is held with a deposit when the contract is signed.

About Us

We are Sidonia and Bogdan, photographers and videographers based in Timișoara, passionate about visual storytelling. Our work in photography and video production focuses on events, brands, local businesses, and personal sessions.

Over time, we have captured different stories — from events and couple or family portraits to campaigns and visual content for brands. We are available for projects in Timișoara, across Romania, and abroad.

We want every photograph and every film to preserve not just the image of a moment, but also the atmosphere, emotion, and details that make it memorable.

PERSPECTIVE

Our style combines editorial photography with a nostalgic, cinematic aesthetic.

We love natural frames, well-observed light, and images that feel like they belong to a story.

Every project starts with what makes it different: the people, the atmosphere, the space, or a brand's identity. We work carefully with gestures, light, and details.

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

Different subjects. One considered visual approach.

From personal celebrations to commercial commissions, every project receives the same attention to light, composition, pacing and detail. The process adapts to the subject while the visual direction remains clear.

THE APPROACH

Direction when it matters. Space for authenticity.

Before the shoot, we define the purpose, atmosphere and essential images. Commercial commissions may also include creative direction, visual references, a shot list and location planning.

During the shoot we give as much direction as the light, composition and pace need, while letting people and places stay themselves.

Following selection and editing, the final gallery is delivered as one coherent visual story.
